RADIO CONTROL Model Boat Building from Scratch. Here you will find plans of RC Model Boats Designed for use with Brushless Motors.
As all the planning work and research has been done for you, I even have some videos to help you along the way with more being added constantly.
  •  My original "NITRO HUNTER" is a Balsa Wood 28" Deep "V" Hull with an 8 1/2" beam which can reach speeds of up to 40 MPH (Top Speed Dependant on Motor, ESC and Battery, and Propeller combination) This is truly a Fast Electric Model Boat, With its smooth lines and sleak appearence this boat is a winner both in the water and on your Shelf, and if you do a great job painting and finishing you will be the envy of  all your friends.

  • The “NITRO ELIMINATOR” Is another Fast Electric model Boat, This is a newly designed hull with speed and handling in mind, at this time I do not have any pictures or videos of this boat but hopfully soon. The Nitro Eliminator has a beam of 9" and is 28" long, it has a specially designed concave bottom which is designed to give minimal contact with the waters surface in order to reduce the total over all friction thus increasing overall top speed. Model plans are for this truly one of a kind Balsa and Basswood build it yourself  model boat, plans are available, This boat was designed for use with li-poly batteries and a Brushless Motor System .

  • The "LYNX" "You really need to build this one" It is Majorly modifyed version of the BobKat sporting its two powerful 380L Inrunner 4100Kv motors with 2-40amp escs and with squared off rear corners, This little Catamaran utilizies the superior balance aforded it by the use of the dual motors and the Sharpened and Polished Counter Rotating Octura Props (not provided with plans). Which gives this boat not only the power to send you Rocketing past the Competition, but creates increased handeling as a result of the added weight and equipment, causing it to apear like it is glued to the surface of the water gliding effortlessly as if nothing were holding it back This little radio controlled Monster is truly a Jewel to build and own, After dirving one of these going back to a conventional single motor drive will be nothing less than depressing. Just when you thought you had it all, we here at PreFab We had to go one better and take it up a couple notches and bring you the "Lynx" for your building and Model Boating Pleasure. This boat is so fun and enjoyable to build you may get board and have to build another (I know we did)


Now That I have shown you some of the boat Plans that I have available here are a few help videos to help with the construction of the Nitro Hunter, and they will work for general applications of other boats as the principals shown are the same.
