Suddenly the Mosquito is moving at 10 kts rather than 2.5 kts. Did SB and SOS drink a Redbull at the Walgreens to paddle faster? No, apparently they stopped from 4:00-5:00pm to reconfigure the Mosquito as a sailing vessel. Perhaps they had had enough of paddling hard and/or the conditions changed in favor of sailing. In any case, they are zooming up the ICW at 10 kts except when delayed at a bridge. Alrightly then!
Hope they dont get a speeding ticket.
Update: At 7:30pm approaching Peanut Island (at Palm Beach Inlet) at 11.9 knots. Out inlet tomorrow?
